What You'll Do6
- 1Solve intricate mechanical design and CAD challenges across parts and assemblies including GD&T and tolerance analyses
- 2Critically review AI generated technical responses for accuracy and engineering quality
- 3Apply practical engineering judgment to both real production scenarios and theoretical questions
- 4Diagnose design issues using industry standard methods like tolerance stack-up analysis and ASME Y14.5 guidance
- 5Share domain knowledge to inform AI model improvements and refine CAD decision making
- 6Provide clear written and verbal feedback to support AI learning and performance
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field with strong CAD fundamentals
- 2Minimum of 5 years in production design, owning GD&T, tolerance stacks, DFM, and drawing release
- 3Proficiency with parametric CAD tools and familiarity with ASME Y14.5 standards
- 4Experience taking a design from concept to production release and collaborating on ECR/ECN processes
- 5Excellent written and verbal communication skills in professional English
