What You'll Do5
- 1Build cutting lists, order seafood and meat products, and manage displays to maximize sales and profit
- 2Design and enforce department standards for receiving, storage, and rotation ensuring product quality
- 3Lead and develop team through coaching, feedback, and performance conversations to drive improvements
- 4Own scheduling and staffing to maximize productivity while maintaining service levels
- 5Drive customer service and product knowledge, acting as a key carrier or MOD as needed
Requirements5
- 1Must be at least 18 years of age and have basic math and measurement skills
- 2Minimum 2 years meat cutting experience in grocery or restaurant with leadership experience
- 3Able to stand for up to 4 hours continuously and up to 8 hours per shift
- 4Able to lift 25-90 lbs and move pallets and racks with appropriate equipment
- 5Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
