What You'll Do9
- 1Design and execute welcoming strategies that enhance guest satisfaction

- 6Drive revenue through upselling and customer engagement

- 9Scale service operations during peak periods without compromising quality
Requirements7
- 15+ years building hospitality experience
- 21-3 seasons leading front desk teams
- 3Spark and AWS cloud platforms proficiency
- 4CPC Card certification preferred
- 5BCBA credential optional
- 63-5 years managing large groups
- 7Relevant technical knowledge of reservation software
