What You'll Do11
- 1Supervise and direct a team of 25+ staff members promoting collaboration and accountability
- 2Provide operational guidance ensuring training and compliance with FAA DOT IATA regulations
- 3Monitor material receiving storage and distribution sustain activities and customer service levels
- 4Identify data and system requirements for warehousing and distribution operations
- 5Meet with vendors and carriers to ensure contract performance and deliverables
- 6Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues
- 7Review and develop procedures to align with regulatory requirements and company policies
- 8Perform special projects including inventory monitoring shelf-life tracking and turnover measurement
- 9Prepare capital requests and present accurate reports to management
- 10Ensure safe and compliant material handling following FAA regulations
- 11Support organizational goals by promoting quality performance positive finance and safe work environment
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma required with higher-level education in supply chain preferred
- 24+ years experience in warehousing distribution or aviation-related roles
- 33+ years supervisory experience managing inventory or distribution functions
- 4Ability to interpret aircraft technical data
- 5Strong logistics acumen and professional demeanor
- 6Previous airline or MRO experience preferred
- 7Excellent communication skills across all employee levels
- 8Personal responsibility for team delivery and decision-making abilities
