What You'll Do9
- 1Deliver personalized massage services to travelers at the Denver International Airport location
- 2Perform diverse massage techniques including Swedish deep tissue and aromatherapy
- 3Maintain sterile treatment rooms and ensure strict hygiene protocols
- 4Communicate empathetically with clients to understand preferences and needs
- 5Collaborate with team members to maintain schedule efficiency and quality
- 6Document client sessions accurately using electronic health records
- 7Upsell complementary products such as scalp massages and aromatherapy oils
- 8Provide exceptional customer service throughout the guest journey
- 9Contribute ideas for enhancing spa ambiance and client satisfaction
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience providing therapeutic massage services
- 2AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner credential
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA certification optional but advantageous
- 53-5 seasons of hospitality or wellness industry experience
- 6Proficiency with Spark and Airflow for data analysis tasks
- 7Strong knowledge of anatomy and therapeutic techniques
- 8Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- 9Valid Colorado massage license and liability insurance
- 10Excellent written and verbal communication skills
