Marketing Specialist, Public Sector Campaigns & HubSpot Automation

What You'll Do9
- 1Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing initiatives and refine tactics to improve performance
- 2Develop and maintain a ready-to-use library of marketing materials tailored to audiences, buying stages, and campaign goals
- 3Partner with sales to create outreach cadences and follow-up journeys for ongoing account engagement
- 4Prepare target contact lists, maintain account information, and coordinate email or digital sends for priority opportunities
- 5Participate in cross-functional reviews with sales and marketing to align on next actions
- 6Build and manage HubSpot automations, audience segmentation, lead scoring models, and campaign reporting
- 7Measure KPIs such as audience response, lead progression, and pipeline contribution and share recommendations
- 8Ensure accurate reporting and maintain current campaign and pipeline data across teams
- 9Support broader marketing activities across content, audience targeting, and campaign coordination
Requirements8
- 1Experience managing email and digital marketing campaigns from planning through execution and optimization
- 2Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms including HubSpot workflow and reporting capabilities
- 3Ability to analyze campaign results, interpret performance metrics, and recommend data-driven improvements
- 4Proficiency in supporting broader marketing activities across content, audience targeting, and campaign coordination
- 5Familiarity with digital marketing best practices including segmentation, nurture strategies, and engagement tracking
- 6Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud to update or create marketing assets is preferred
- 7Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, and product teams
- 8Based in San Diego or able to work onsite in San Diego
