Marketing Intern, Social Media & Campaigns in Beauty/Fashion
Overview
The Marketing Intern will support brand awareness and product launches at scale across digital channels. They will contribute to content creation, social media strategy, influencer outreach, and campaign execution. The role offers practical experience in across social, email, and events while working with a collaborative team. This position emphasizes hands-on learning in a fast-changing consumer brand environment.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build engaging social content across multiple platforms including graphics, videos, captions, and short-form content
- 2Design and schedule social media posts and calendars to drive audience engagement
- 3Monitor engagement and community interactions to inform future content
- 4Identify industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities on emerging platforms
- 5Coordinate influencer outreach and assist with campaign execution
- 6Assist with email marketing and promotional campaigns to support launches
- 7Track campaign performance and compile basic analytics to measure impact
- 8Coordinate photoshoots, product launches, and marketing events
- 9Maintain content calendars and marketing asset libraries to ensure consistency
- 10Support cross functional teams on marketing projects and collaborations
Requirements7
- 1Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- 3Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
- 4Excellent written communication skills
- 5Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- 6Passion for beauty, fragrance, fashion, or consumer brands is a plus
- 7Can report to our Home Office located in Columbus, Ohio at least 20 hours per week (M-F) between 9am-5pm
