Market Development Advisor TRICARE
Overview
Lead daily TRICARE service delivery and network operations across designated Prime Service Areas and Non-Prime Service Areas within the Walter Reed office in Bethesda MD. Oversee TRICARE activities and resolve beneficiary provider and government personnel inquiries.

- 1Build and design integrated healthcare systems aligned with MHS Quadruple Aim
- 2Drive alternative payment methodologies and demonstration pilots
- 3Partner with community agencies to enhance military family health and resilience
- 4Manage response to TRICARE inquiries and address complaints
- 5Coordinate diverse functions including MTF personnel and provider management
- 6Maintain network adequacy and access to care standards
- 7Supervise staff and ensure compliance with security clearance requirements
- 8Develop and deploy cost trend management strategies
Requirements8
- 1U.S. citizenship required
- 2Interim approval for NBIS security clearance
- 35 years leadership and management experience
- 4Network management and development background
- 5Managed care coordination expertise
- 6Certification as CPC Card or BCBA
- 7Experience with TRICARE contracts
- 8Knowledge of federal healthcare systems
