What You'll Do9
- 1Greet every guest with a smile and sincere welcome, delivering best-in-class service at each interaction.
- 2Prepare and maintain fresh Grab and Go food items per company guidelines, including daily prep and self-service food areas.
- 3Operate POS systems accurately to process transactions and promote current specials.
- 4Restock and rotate products based on received and production dates to ensure freshness.
- 5Execute cleaning checklists and follow food safety, allergen, and sanitation procedures consistently.
- 6Assist in inventory management: monitor stock levels, check in deliveries, conduct back stocking, and complete shift reports.
- 7Maintain cleanliness and brand standards for equipment, shelving, floors, and store entry areas.
- 8Support site-level programs and operational processes as directed by management.
- 9Adhere strictly to safety, sanitation, and environmental guidelines, and report any equipment malfunctions or incidents promptly.
Requirements10
- 1Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 2Basic math skills for transactions and shift documentation.
- 3Strong knowledge of general safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
- 4Ability to validate customer identification for age-restricted product sales per state law.
- 5Comfortable working independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
- 6Professional and calm demeanor, including in emergency or high-pressure situations.
- 7Ability to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes, cleaning supplies, and varying temperatures.
- 8Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 9Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout shift.
- 10Frequent exposure to cold, heat, wet surfaces, and food allergens; use of food service equipment and POS systems.
