Overview
This position owns inbound, outbound, and value-added services in the Cardiac Rhythm Management distribution center, supporting daily operations to ensure accurate and on-time product flow. You'll manage inventory, equipment, and warehouse activities, while collaborating with operations, engineering, and vendors to solve issues and drive workflow improvements. The role also leads projects focused on automation, tooling, and warehouse organization to boost capacity and quality. Working onsite in Roseville, MN, you'll operate forklifts and maintain compliance with FDA regulations in a clean room environment. What You'll Do8
- 1Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery to move materials and equipment, supporting second warehouse startup activities.
- 2Receive incoming goods, check for damage and discrepancies, then sort, label, and store accurately to optimize space.
- 3Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing orders while entering data to maintain precise inventory records.
- 4Troubleshoot equipment issues and document maintenance activities to ensure asset reliability.
- 5Complete assigned work orders to meet production schedules while documenting manufacturing activities per QMS procedures.
- 6Communicate with vendors, engineers, and operations leadership to resolve operational issues and respond to inventory inquiries.
- 7Self-manage project priorities and support continuous improvement initiatives using Yellow Belt problem-solving skills.
- 8Maintain compliance with FDA regulations and company policies, ensuring safety and quality in all tasks.
Requirements8
- 1High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2Previous regulated manufacturing environment experience preferred.
- 3Forklift experience nice to have.
- 4Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
- 5Technical diploma preferred.
- 6Ability to read and follow written procedures with attention to detail.
- 7Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with Yellow Belt certification preferred.
- 8Capability to stand continuously for prolonged periods and work in a clean room environment.
