Overview
Lead quality assurance for manufacturing processes overseeing product expansion. Own quality oversight at Denver site supporting Frederick operations. Drive improvements and implement tools for quality and regulatory compliance. Transition prototypes to production while collaborating across teams.
What You'll Do11
- 1Own quality assurance for manufacturing processes and product expansion initiatives
- 2Drive process and product improvements using digital solutions
- 3Develop and evaluate quality tools and equipment for Frederick operations
- 4Create and approve SOPs and documentation for equipment and processes
- 5Partner with material management and technical services to enhance products
- 6Transition products from prototype to full production lifecycle
- 7Maintain state-of-the-art manufacturing practices and optimize workflows
- 8Review nonconformance and manufacturing documentation
- 9Shift: Days M-F 8am to 5pm then transition to nights M-Th 8pm to 630am
- 10Qualify with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sciences
- 11Apply independent with minimal supervision
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sciences within 2+ years experience
- 2CGMP regulated environment experience required
- 3Proficiency in Python AWS React Kubernetes
- 4Certifications: CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified
- 55+ years experience scaling quality processes
