Overview
As the Manager of Marketing and Business Development at Paramount Consulting Group, you will own the full marketing function, from developing content to executing multi-channel campaigns. You will strengthen the PCG brand, build awareness, and generate qualified leads, directly impacting business growth. Working with a small entrepreneurial team, you will shape marketing direction and test new ideas, seeing the tangible results of your work. What You'll Do8
- 1Build a content calendar that promotes training, consulting, recruiting, and business-development initiatives, ensuring consistent publishing across channels.
- 2Craft compelling newsletters, blogs, social posts, emails, and collateral that position PCG as an industry expert and translate leadership ideas into engaging content.
- 3Develop lead-generation campaigns, client testimonials, case studies, and success stories that build awareness and attract qualified prospects.
- 4Design and execute the annual marketing plan, defining content priorities, platforms, schedules, and promotional strategies to meet campaign goals.
- 5Direct podcast, testimonial-video, and marketing projects, coordinating logistics, vendors, feedback, and final deliverables.
- 6Own brand consistency across all materials, ensuring messaging, visuals, and tone align with PCG's mission and values.
- 7Update website content in partnership with the webmaster, maintaining accurate marketing data within HubSpot.
- 8Analyze website and campaign performance, reporting insights to leadership and recommending adjustments to improve engagement and results.
Requirements10
- 13-5 years of marketing and communications experience, with a track record of taking ideas from concept to completion.
- 2Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, content development, email marketing, social media, and digital campaigns.
- 3Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging messaging for different audiences.
- 4Strong organization, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- 5A creative and practical approach with a focus on measurable business results.
- 6Initiative and the ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership and team members.
- 7Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva required.
- 8Experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing platform preferred.
- 9Comfortable using AI and emerging technology to improve marketing quality and efficiency.
- 10Experience in a boutique professional services firm is strongly preferred.
