What You'll Do12

  • 1Assist in performing preventive maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment and systems according to established schedules and procedures
  • 2Support the Maintenance Supervisor in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex equipment malfunctions and failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • 3Conduct routine inspections of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
  • 4Repair or replace defective components, parts, or systems to restore equipment functionality and minimize downtime
  • 5Carry out detailed equipment failure analyses leading both preventive and unscheduled maintenance tasks
  • 6Move assemble install or dismantle equipment as part of maintenance activities
  • 7Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and other team members to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities based on production needs
  • 8Follow safety protocols including lockout tagout procedures and use personal protective equipment
  • 9Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities work orders equipment history and parts inventory
  • 10Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and proficiency in maintenance practices
  • 11Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas tools and equipment
  • 12Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment reliability efficiency and performance

Requirements11

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent with 5-7 years of experience in maintenance or related field
  • 2Solid understanding of mechanical electrical and automation systems used in industrial equipment
  • 3Ability to read and interpret technical manuals schematics and blueprints
  • 4Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail for effective troubleshooting
  • 5Good communication skills verbal and written with ability to follow instructions and collaborate in teams
  • 6Demonstrated commitment to safety with knowledge of industrial safety regulations
  • 7Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance situations
  • 8Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems or other maintenance tracking software
  • 9Proficiency in English language skills
  • 10Physical ability to stand walk lift push pull up to 60 lbs stoop kneel bend reach above shoulder and below waist work in confined spaces
  • 11Experience with mobile and industrial plant equipment
