What You'll Do8
- 1Maintain and repair equipment using preventive and corrective maintenance techniques
- 2Troubleshoot electrical mechanical and control system issues with PLC knowledge and diagnostic tools
- 3Partner with production teams to minimize downtime and schedule strategic repairs
- 4Follow ISO OSHA and Hempel safety guidelines including LOTO and confined space protocols
- 5Document work in CMMS system and share knowledge through training and coaching
- 6Serve as essential staff during emergencies and on-call needs
- 7Ensure safe work environments adhering to chemical handling SDS references
- 8Maintain parts inventory and transfer technical expertise to colleagues
Requirements7
- 110+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- 2Advanced skills in PLC troubleshooting and VFD programming
- 3Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams
- 4Proficiency with multimeters and diagnostic tools
- 5Experience with CMMS systems
- 6High school diploma or GED required
- 7Technical certifications preferred
