What You'll Do5
- 1Perform installation preventative maintenance and repairs on line manufacturing equipment
- 2Locate and diagnose failures replace defective components and conduct basic troubleshooting using standard electronic equipment and detailed documentation
- 3Create update standard operating procedures and guide team members through complex tasks
- 4Inspect and repair production and support equipment employing mechanical electrical electronic hydraulic pneumatic and vacuum technologies
- 5Provide training and direction to employees while adhering to safety policies and company standards
Requirements6
- 11-2 years of maintenance experience in production environments
- 2Experience with optical processing equipment preferred
- 3Basic mechanical and electrical skills with schematics HVAC and welding knowledge
- 4Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written verbal and visual instructions
- 5Physical stamina to stand and walk throughout shifts with lifting capabilities up to 30 lbs
- 6Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean organized workspace
