What You'll Do11
- 1Perform routine service setup adjustment and repairs on corrugated manufacturing equipment
- 2Execute predictive and preventative maintenance protocols for heavy industrial assets
- 3Identify and resolve equipment defects during scheduled inspections
- 4Install troubleshoot and maintain ball & roller bearings using hand tools and portable equipment
- 5Conduct precision measurements of bearing fits and mounting tolerances
- 6Rebuild spare components and equipment as needed
- 7Apply precision measurement techniques for mechanical drive systems and pumps
- 8Lead mechanical maintenance initiatives while collaborating within an operations-driven team
- 9Handle multiple priorities and make informed decisions under varying conditions
- 10Ensure safe work practices when operating at heights in confined spaces
- 11Follow lubrication best practices and maintain equipment functionality
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or GED equivalency with 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- 2Proven ability to work night shifts with occasional overtime including weekends and holidays
- 3Basic computer proficiency including Excel and email communication
- 4Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies
- 5Physical stamina to stand walk and handle mechanical components safely
- 6Experience working in diverse environments including wet and humid conditions
- 7Familiarity with safety protocols for working near moving parts and electrical systems
- 8Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
- 9Commitment to maintaining quality standards in high-volume production settings
