- 2Meet and exceed production quality and performance targets through operational oversight
- 3Perform basic machinery troubleshooting and report issues to minimize downtime
- 4Conduct in-process quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
- 5Document production and quality data while maintaining detailed records
- 6Replenish materials and components to support continuous production flow
- 7Maintain a clean organized safe work environment adhering to safety protocols
- 8Assist with equipment cleaning preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or GED required
- 21-2 years of manufacturing and machine operation experience
- 3Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
