LVR Representative - Kent WA
Overview

What You'll Do11
- 1Operate a CHEP owned box truck complying with DOT regulations and CHEP safety standards
- 2Execute efficient pallet deliveries and collections at assigned locations
- 3Document delivery data and communicate insights to LVR support teams
- 4Partner with customers to enhance program compliance and increase collection volumes
- 5Develop and implement process improvements within LVR operations
- 6Collaborate with internal resources to plan and execute projects
- 7Train new LVR representatives on key performance areas
- 8Measure DOT & safety compliance and on time performance metrics
- 9Prioritize deliveries based on operational needs and customer relationships
- 10Maintain strong communication skills and problem solving abilities
- 11Work autonomously in a matrix environment with cross functional teams
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Clean driving record and valid DOT medical card
- 3Proficiency in route optimization and management software
- 4Strong analytical and decision making capabilities
- 5Experience with multi-stop driving and logistics operations
- 6Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- 7Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- 8Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- 9Desire to learn Spanish preferred
- 10Remote fully available position
