What You'll Do11

- 4Support surgical teams with procedures such as catheterization and wound care
- 5Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate ancillary staff as needed
- 6Provide patient education on health management and home equipment use
- 7Monitor vital signs and respond to emergencies including CPR and code blues
- 8Prepare specimens and complete laboratory documentation
- 9Transport patients and manage office supplies within designated areas
- 10Answer telephones and relay messages while preserving patient confidentiality
- 11Participate in departmental meetings and train new staff on procedures
Requirements9
- 1Experience One year as a LVN in acute outpatient settings
- 2Vocational Nurse License (California)
- 3Basic Life Support certification
- 4Ability to lift and reposition patients safely
