What You'll Do11
- 1Greet all customers promptly and warmly to set the tone for an exceptional luxury experience
- 2Operate the store entrance system and welcome guests into the building
- 3Answer and professionally direct incoming phone calls in a timely courteous manner
- 4Serve as the initial point of contact directing clients to appropriate sales professionals
- 5Accurately enter and maintain customer information within the company system
- 6Assist Store Directors with administrative tasks and special projects
- 7Ensure beverages snacks and refreshments are fully stocked and presented beautifully
- 8Maintain store appearance by keeping common areas clean polished and guest ready
- 9Support opening and closing duties including light preparation and end-of-day tasks
- 10Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful proactive service
- 11Uphold company standards brand image and luxury service expectations

- 1Previous experience in reception hospitality or luxury retail preferred
- 2Strong communication and interpersonal skills both in person and over the phone
