What You'll Do11

Requirements11

  • 15+ years building client relationships in luxury retail hospitality
  • 2CPC Card certification preferred
  • 3AWS Certified cloud solutions experience
  • 4BCBA credential optional
  • 55-10 seasons of relevant professional experience
  • 6Strong communication skills with polished demeanor
  • 7Passion for luxury brand culture and client-centric mindset
  • 8Ability to solve client needs discreetly and efficiently
  • 9Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • 10Understanding of luxury aesthetic etiquette and service expectations
