What You'll Do6
- 1Identify and prioritize client care needs using client history and nursing assessment
- 2Provide direct client care
- 3Perform daily client medication administration and reconciliation ensuring proper documentation and workflow
- 4Document pertinent information in client chart and report observations to appropriate staff
- 5Practice safety environmental and infection control methods
- 6Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements6
- 1Active and valid NJ LPN license
- 2Previous experience as an LPN
- 3Prior experience in substance abuse facility
- 4Familiarity with medical software and equipment
- 5Proactive adoption of latest federal regulations
- 6Commitment to leading change in addiction treatment
