- 2Lead daily rounds and coordinate multidisciplinary treatment strategies
- 3Mentor junior nursing staff through regular training sessions
- 4Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
- 5Streamline admission processes to improve patient flow
- 6Analyze clinical data to identify trends and improve care pathways
- 7Develop training programs for new hires
- 8Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols
- 9Collaborate with physicians to adjust treatment plans as needed
- 10Manage medication administration and monitor patient responses
- 11Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements11
- 1Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- 2Current RN license in good standing
- 3Minimum 5+ years of direct patient care experience
- 4Proficiency with EHR systems
- 5Strong communication and leadership abilities
- 6Ability to work flexible hours including evenings
- 7Experience with medical coding and billing procedures
- 8Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- 9Valid driver's license
- 10Experience with telehealth platforms
- 11Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies

$52 - $62k per year
