What You'll Do10
- 1Build and deliver comprehensive nursing care for residents in your assigned area
- 2Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans and evaluate resident outcomes
- 3Document care activities and ensure timely communication to the team
- 4Administer medications and perform skilled nursing tasks within scope
- 5Monitor resident comfort and safety, escalating changes as needed
- 6Provide empathy and advocacy to residents and families
- 7Collaborate with charge nurses to maintain care quality in a 20-25 bed unit
- 8Support quality improvement initiatives and adherence to regulations
- 9Maintain accurate records consistent with standards of practice
- 10Support on-call coverage and PRN schedule
Requirements5
- 1Graduate of an LPN program
- 2Active Maryland LPN license with no disciplinary actions
- 3Current BLS certification
- 4Prefer at least 1 year of continuous experience in long-term care
- 5Prefer IV insertion skills
