You own the safety and security of associates, customers, and merchandise at a high-volume Walmart Supercenter. You investigate complex problems, think critically, and act to prevent loss while keeping the store safe. What You'll Do8

- 4Drive loss prevention awareness by training associates on shrink reduction techniques.
- 5Coordinate with local law enforcement on external theft cases, providing evidence and testimony.
- 6Audit cash handling and inventory controls to identify process gaps, then recommend fixes.
- 7Respond to emergencies and safety hazards, ensuring a secure environment for everyone.
- 8Track shrink metrics and present findings to store management each week.
Requirements8
- 11+ years in loss prevention, retail security, or a related field.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- 4Physical stamina to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
- 5Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- 6Clear communication skills for writing reports and interacting with authorities.
- 7Basic computer skills for using surveillance systems and reporting software.
- 8Flexibility to work mid-shift or closing, including weekends and holidays.
