What You'll Do9
- 1Design and execute individualized care plans through direct patient assessment and intervention
- 2Administer complex therapies including medication management and advanced life support equipment
- 3Supervise clinical support staff and provide hands-on training during shift transitions
- 4Maintain accurate patient records and communicate critical updates to physicians and therapists
- 5Implement infection control protocols and manage ventilator circuits and central lines
- 6Collaborate with physical therapists and dietitians to develop discharge planning strategies
- 7Analyze patient trends and propose evidence-based improvements to care delivery
- 8Lead night shift operations with a focus on maintaining safety standards during extended shifts
- 9Develop mentorship programs for junior nursing staff within the LTAC unit
Requirements7
- 15+ years experience providing acute care in a Critical Care setting
- 2AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification preferred
- 3BCBA credential required for leadership roles
- 43-5 seasons managing diverse patient populations
- 5Spark and Airflow proficiency demonstrated through project portfolios
- 6Proven ability to operate in high-acuity environments with rapid decision-making capabilities
- 7Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support mandatory for clinical leadership positions
