Logo Coordinator Embroidery Operator at a Private Club
Overview
Own embroidery operations for apparel across the club, including logo color selection and placement for in-house and partner products. Lead embroidery machine work and fulfill special orders, gifts, and member requests with a focus on service. What You'll Do10
- 1Build embroidery workflows across women’s and men’s apparel ensuring logo quality through color choice and placement
- 2Lead Embroidery Operator duties with working knowledge of sewing and embroidery concepts and machine operation
- 3Assist in selecting logo colors for headwear, bags, accessories featuring club logos
- 4Engage with members at events and present embroidery sew-outs to drive club growth
- 5Support multiple shop locations with merchandising, POS transactions, and inventory processes
- 6Participate in demos, trunk shows, promotions, and other retail activities
- 7Attend trainings and staff meetings as required
- 8Provide friendly, professional customer service
- 9Assist with receiving, tagging, pricing, and distributing merchandise to locations
- 10Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements6
- 12+ years apparel merchandising experience in a high end setting
- 2Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 3Friendly outgoing service-focused personality
- 4Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
- 5Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- 6Occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays required
