What You'll Do11
- 1Design and execute dock schedules and appointment management for regional facilities
- 2Execute Returns Merchandise Authorizations end to end including claim processing
- 3Troubleshoot system issues affecting order fulfillment and shipment tracking
- 4Coordinate carrier pickups and appointment changes for efficient logistics
- 5Maintain relationships with plant leaders, carriers, and internal stakeholders
- 6Develop communication protocols between execution teams and supervisors
- 7Report regional metrics and collaborate on process improvement initiatives
- 8Train new hires and support existing team members in operational workflows
- 9Analyze shipment data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- 10Ensure compliance with safety protocols and prioritize risk mitigation
- 11Work rotating 12 hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule to support regional distribution
