Overview
You will own local hauling and equipment operation for Spinieo Inc., a construction company in Blue Bell, PA. Expect to run a Tri-Axle Dump Truck and operate Bobcat skid steers, mini excavators, and mid-size excavators at job sites. You'll transport materials and machines safely, then put that equipment to work. This role combines driving and operating in one shift, offering variety and direct impact on project completion. You will join a small team that values safety and hands-on skill.
What You'll Do8
- 1Operate a Tri-Axle Dump Truck and trailer on local routes, hauling construction materials and freight.
- 2Run Bobcat skid steers, mini excavators, and mid-size excavators at job sites after unloading.
- 3Load and unload equipment on trailers, including ramp loading, chaining, binding, and securement for road transport.
- 4Move construction materials and freight with forklifts or manually, verifying accuracy at each stop.
- 5Inspect trucks, trailers, and machines daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance like greasing and fluid checks.
- 6Secure every load with straps, chains, binders, and tie-downs to prevent shifting and damage.
- 7Track driving hours, deliveries, equipment usage, and inspections in logs that meet DOT rules.
- 8Communicate with dispatch and site supervisors about route updates, delays, equipment needs, or safety issues.
Requirements8
- 12+ years of commercial driving experience with a valid CDL Class A license.
- 2Hands-on operation of Bobcat skid steers, mini excavators, and mid-size excavators required.
- 3Proven ability to haul and secure equipment on trailers, including safe loading and offloading.
- 4Comfort operating manual transmission trucks.
- 5Experience driving tri-axle dump trucks preferred.
- 6Knowledge of load securement and pre-trip/post-trip inspection procedures.
- 7Familiarity with forklift operation for loading and unloading.
- 8Delivery experience in construction or heavy equipment industries is a plus.
