What You'll Do7
- 1Operate CDL A tractor-trailer on local night routes, ensuring on-time pickup and delivery
- 2Perform forklift loading and unloading tasks to secure freight
- 3Inspect equipment and complete pre-trip and post-trip reports
- 4Navigate routes and maintain communication with dispatchers
- 5Handle freight with care, verifying bills of lading and manifests
- 6Follow all safety and DOT regulations, including hours of service
- 7Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups
Requirements6
- 16 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
- 2Valid CDL A license with HazMat and Tanker endorsements or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- 3Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 1 lifetime DUI
- 4Ability to pass DOT drug screen and hair screen
- 5Night shift availability and home daily routing
- 6Physical capability to operate forklift and handle freight
