What You'll Do9
- 1Drive CDL-A tractor trailers on local routes within a 125-mile radius, completing drop and hook deliveries.
- 2Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting equipment issues to maintenance.
- 3Manage route schedules to meet customer pickup and delivery windows.
- 4Handle freight with no-touch loading, securing loads as needed.
- 5Communicate with dispatch on delays, route changes, or incidents.
- 6Maintain accurate logs and documentation using electronic logging devices.
- 7Adhere to all safety and DOT regulations, delivering freight damage-free.
- 8Collaborate with warehouse teams to streamline dock operations.
- 9Work flexible hours as needed, including occasional overtime.
Requirements8
- 11+ year verifiable CDL-A tractor trailer driving experience.
- 2Hold a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
- 3Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- 4Comfortable with drop and hook freight handling and no-touch loading.
- 5Strong time management and route navigation skills.
- 6Flexibility to work Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm with occasional later hours.
- 7Reside within a reasonable commute to Groveport, OH.
