Load Balancing Service Fulfillment Engineer, F5 LTM & GTM
Overview
Owns endtoend delivery of Application Delivery infrastructure at scale within a global team. You will design, implement, and operate load balancing solutions across the enterprise while aligning with governance and security standards. You will build templates, playbooks, and automation to accelerate deployment and improve reliability. This role expands our global SRF process and requires collaboration with engineering, operations, and business units to meet SLA targets.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead the endtoend lifecycle and delivery of Application Delivery infrastructure
- 2Create designs based on industry best practices, engineering standards, and security principles
- 3Ensure security controls are implemented and operating effectively in solutions delivery
- 4Develop implementation plans and runbooks for downstream execution teams
- 5Collaborate with engineering and operations from service design through transition for new services
- 6Perform design validation and QA testing to ensure successful production deployment
- 7Maintain KPI standards by meeting SLA and reducing changerelated incidents
- 8Report metrics and present to senior leadership on load balancing health and performance
Requirements5
- 1Minimum 5 years of F5 LTM and GTM experience
- 21 or more years of F5 APM and ASM experience
- 31 or more years of AVIVMware experience
- 4CCNP F5 201 or equivalent work experience
- 5Strong troubleshooting of advanced networking issues with BGP, HTTPS, TCPIP, SSL
