- 3Communicate ticket times and food orders to Team Members, keeping flow continuous from grill to pass
- 4Use slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors safely, calibrating equipment for daily prep
- 5Stock your station and rotate ingredients to minimize waste and ensure freshness
- 6Follow all safety procedures for knife handling, hot surfaces, and chemical use
- 7Support line cooks during rushes by covering stations and assisting with prep
