What You'll Do9
- 1Meet with clients face-to-face in their homes to present life insurance solutions
- 2Work qualified warm leads provided by the company, no cold calling
- 3Build your own book of business with day-one vesting
- 4Attend a short daily training call (Monday–Friday) to sharpen sales skills
- 5Complete in-field mentorship and coaching sessions with real clients
- 6Track your production and pursue promotions every 2 months
- 7Manage a flexible schedule with about 90% in the field and 10% from home
- 8Use 24/7 product specialist support to solve client questions
- 9Earn incentive trips and contest rewards through performance
