Licensed Therapist, LMFT/LCSW/LPCC - San Diego Behavioral Health Services
Overview
LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC licensed therapists join LifeStance Health in San Diego to deliver high quality behavioral health care in a growing national practice. You will provide evidence‑based, patient‑centered therapy to adults and/or children and adolescents in an onsite clinic setting with supportive administrative backing. What You'll Do10
- 1Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients across ages and clinical presentations
- 2Design and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable outcomes for adults and/or youth
- 3Deliver evidence‑based psychotherapies in person, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team
- 4Document treatment progress and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record
- 5Collaborate with psychiatrists and nurses to optimize patient care and safety
- 6Engage families and caregivers when appropriate to support treatment
- 7Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development
- 8Contribute to a collegial work environment and maintain high ethical standards
- 9Contribute to program development initiatives to enhance patient access to care
- 10Maintain compliance with state licensing and professional practice standards
Requirements5
- 1Fully licensed LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California
- 2CA state license active
- 3Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- 4Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient care
- 5Excellent communication and collaborative skills
