Licensed Talk Therapist Part Time - Arizona Telehealth & In-Person
Overview
Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Arizona to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions for a flexible, part-time, fee-for-service arrangement. You will join a clinician-led organization with a nationwide hybrid care model and a supportive infrastructure that covers credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing. You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days and have access to live clinical support and ongoing professional development.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and maintain a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
- 2Provide evidence-based mental health care to clients across telehealth and in-person settings
- 3Collaborate with a clinical community and participate in monthly case consultations
- 4Utilize modern clinical technology including telehealth and EHR tools
- 5Engage with diverse clients including couples and children and track measurable progress
Requirements5
- 1Licensed in Arizona as LPC LMFT or LCSW
- 2Availability for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability
- 3Independently licensed and capable of treating a variety of clients
- 4Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health record tools
- 5Commitment to delivering measurable client progress
