Licensed Psychologist – Psychological Testing & Evaluations
Overview
Insight Therapy and Wellness seeks an experienced Licensed Psychologist to lead comprehensive psychological assessments in Towson Maryland. The role involves building a testing caseload and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide accurate diagnoses and meaningful treatment for children adolescents and adults. Candidates should excel in ASD evaluations and possess strong clinical standards.
What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children adolescents and adults
- 2Perform psychoeducational assessments for learning disabilities ADHD giftedness and academic accommodations
- 3Conduct diagnostic evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder using ADOS-2
- 4Administer score interpret and integrate psychological and neuropsychological testing measures
- 5Complete insurance quality evaluation reports with diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations
- 6Provide feedback sessions with patients and families
- 7Collaborate with therapists psychiatrists pediatricians schools and referral sources
- 8Maintain timely documentation and high clinical standards
- 9Provide optional counseling therapy sessions virtually or in person
- 10Offer supervision to doctoral students
- 11Develop specialized testing programs for autism ADHD learning disorders and neuropsychological screening
Requirements8
- 1PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology with active Maryland license
- 2Experience administering and interpreting psychological testing including WISC-V WAIS-IV WPPSI-IV Stanford-Binet WIAT-4 Woodcock-Johnson IV
- 3Familiarity with neuropsychological batteries such as D-KEFS NEPSY-II RBANS Trail Making Test CVLT
- 4Strong report writing and diagnostic formulation skills
- 5Excellent interpersonal and collaborative communication abilities
- 6Preferred experience evaluating children and adolescents conducting autism evaluations and performing psychoeducational testing
- 7Knowledge of school accommodation recommendations IEPs and 504 plans
- 8Preference for candidates with bonus experience in therapy supervision program development or clinical leadership
