What You'll Do7

- 4Collaborate with underwriting and processing teams for rapid accurate closings
- 5Stay updated on Michigan mortgage regulations and evolving loan products
- 6Maintain comprehensive documentation of loan files and communications
- 7Drive revenue growth by leveraging daily qualified leads and in-house telemarketing resources
Requirements7
- 1Active NMLS License required
- 2Experience as Mortgage Loan Officer or Loan Originator
- 3Familiarity with FNMA FHA VA or non-QM loans preferred
- 4Knowledge of federal and Michigan lending laws
- 5Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Encompass
- 6Strong verbal communication and relationship-building abilities
- 7Self-motivated and results-oriented individual
Salary Insight
$115 - $135k per year
