What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver therapeutic massage treatments to patients, tailoring each session to individual needs and chiropractic care plans.
- 2Collaborate with the chiropractor to assess patient conditions and recommend appropriate massage techniques.
- 3Maintain a clean and welcoming treatment room, ensuring compliance with Oregon licensing and sanitation standards.
- 4Document patient progress and treatment notes accurately after each session.
- 5Manage your own schedule of appointments, ensuring timely and efficient patient flow.
- 6Communicate effectively with patients about treatment benefits and home care recommendations.
- 7Support the clinic's mission by promoting the value of massage therapy in overall wellness.
- 8Stay current with massage techniques and certifications, including Ashiatsu if applicable.
Requirements8
- 13+ years of professional massage therapy experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist
- 2Current Oregon Massage Therapy License
- 3Current Malpractice Insurance coverage
- 4Valid Type 1 NPI Number
- 5Friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic demeanor
- 6Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- 7Experience with Ashiatsu massage is a plus
- 8Ability to work onsite in Tigard, Oregon, Monday through Friday
