What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain diagnostic assessments and treatment plans for patients aged 5 and up using DSM-V criteria
- 2Provide individual, family, and group therapy within an integrated care model
- 3Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure outcomes
- 4Document progress notes and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records
- 5Participate in supervision and continuing education as supported by LifeStance Health
- 6Engage in ongoing professional development to grow clinical skills and service scope
- 7Contribute to a collegial work environment and share best practices with peers
- 8Assist in leveraging digital tools and resources to enhance patient access and care delivery
- 9Maintain high standards of patient safety, ethics, and confidentiality
Requirements8
- 1Active NJ license as a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)
- 2Competent in diagnostics and familiar with DSM-V criteria
- 3Ability to work on site in Eatontown, NJ
- 4Strong communication and collaboration skills with patients and teams
- 5Commitment to delivering high quality behavioral health care across ages 5+
- 6Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited program
- 7Experience in therapy settings with diverse populations preferred
- 8Knowledge of insurance, coding, and documentation requirements per state
