Overview
Own the data and operations backbone for Legora's Legal Engineering team at scale. Build reporting and trackers that illuminate Pilot Win Rate, Time-to-Value, and Usage. Partner with NA leadership to drive initiatives in a fast-moving, high-growth tech environment. This role blends data, tooling, and process improvement to keep the LE function efficient and valuable.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build dashboards and reporting that leadership can act on
- 2Automate manual workflows from performance reviews to pilot trackers
- 3Own the weekly LE update and monthly performance reviews
- 4Scope and manage strategic LE projects including org design and headcount planning
- 5Coordinate hiring pipelines and onboarding logistics for new hires
- 6Run tooling and systems improvements to accelerate LE throughput
- 7Support pilots and rollouts with repeatable service for clients
Requirements5
- 11-3 years of experience in strategy consulting or business operations
- 2Strong data skills with fluency in spreadsheets
- 3Experience cleaning structuring and presenting numbers
- 4Bonus points for SQL, light scripting, or no-code tooling
- 5Excellent organizational instincts and clear communication
Salary Insight
$120 - $140k per year
