Legal Assistant, Litigation Support & California E-Filing
Overview
Own administrative support for attorneys in a fast paced litigation environment at a multi state firm. Youll manage calendars, deadlines and document production for high volume cases. This role emphasizes accuracy, professionalism and client communication in a collaborative setting.
What You'll Do9
- 1Draft, proofread, and format legal correspondence and basic documents
- 2File and serve legal documents including e filing with California courts
- 3Maintain and organize case files both physical and electronic
- 4Manage attorney calendars schedule hearings and track deadlines
- 5Prepare and process outgoing mail scanning copying and data entry
- 6Assist with discovery preparation and document production
- 7Support high volume caseloads while maintaining accuracy
- 8Follow established procedures consistently and effectively
- 9Use Microsoft Office and law office software proficiently
Requirements5
- 11 2 years of legal assistant or administrative legal experience preferred
- 2Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 3Experience with California court systems and e filing is a plus
- 4Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- 5Must be dependable punctual and detail oriented

$37 - $42k per year
