What You'll Do11
- 1Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects conducting tours and processing applications
- 2Inspect apartments before move-in and address issues with maintenance team
- 3Stay informed about market conditions and develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy
- 4Design and execute marketing activities using internet tools to drive traffic and referrals
- 5Use property management software to track availability and manage resident data
- 6Ensure show quality by inspecting marketing corridors and preparing leasing offices
- 7Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction via email calls and cards
- 8Execute lease renewal letters and prepare documents for timely implementation
- 9Respond promptly to resident concerns and document requests
- 10Maintain physical demands for standing walking sitting bending climbing and lifting
- 11Work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
- 3Ability to work in all weather conditions
- 4Physical stamina for standing walking sitting bending climbing and carrying weights
- 5Flexible availability for call during evenings weekends and holidays
