What You'll Do9
- 1Build relationships with prospective residents and current tenants while providing exceptional customer service
- 2Manage sales and administrative duties with comprehensive training provided
- 3Conduct property inspections and walkthroughs as needed
- 4Drive community engagement initiatives and support team activities
- 5Maintain accurate records and handle routine operational tasks
- 6Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve resident concerns
- 7Adapt to changing priorities and work flexible hours including weekends
- 8Participate in ongoing professional development programs
- 9Assist with marketing efforts and resident recruitment campaigns
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of customer service background preferred
- 3CPC Card certification required
- 4BCBA credential optional but beneficial
- 5AWS Certified preferred for technical roles
- 6Strong communication skills demonstrated through active listening
- 7Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities
