We seek a bilingual Leasing Agent to represent Montebello Gardens and Bella Capri in Houston Texas. The role involves acting as liaison between residents and owners while managing property operations. This position requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.
What You'll Do8
- 1Build relationships with prospective residents to showcase communities and facilitate lease creation
- 2Create and renew leases for current and new tenants
- 3Complete delinquency move in move out and fair access screening reports
- 4Follow up with applicant inquiries and address resident concerns
- 5Develop marketing strategies for resident relations and advertising
- 6Investigate complaints and resolve issues according to management guidelines
- 7Manage property marketing initiatives to maintain occupancy levels
- 8Ship properties and oversee daily operational tasks
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bilingual Spanish proficiency required
- 3ResMan experience preferred with minimum one year
- 4Property leasing experience required
- 5Fast-paced environment with competitive compensation
