Overview

Revive Restoration seeks a Lead Water Restoration Technician to lead emergency response and restoration projects in Minneapolis. This role drives safe efficient high quality restoration across water flood mold fire and asbestos scenarios while mentoring technicians and providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do9

  • 1Lead and mentor restoration technicians in the field ensuring safe efficient high quality outcomes
  • 2Respond to emergency water damage flooding mold remediation fire damage and asbestos restoration projects
  • 3Conduct detailed site inspections assessing scope of work restoration strategies and project timelines
  • 4Operate restoration equipment power tools hand tools carpet cleaning equipment and company vehicles safely
  • 5Ensure compliance with safety protocols PPE requirements respiratory protection standards and hazardous material handling procedures
  • 6Create project documentation estimates and insurance reports using Xactimate and other restoration software
  • 7Communicate professionally with property owners insurance representatives and team members throughout the process
  • 8Coordinate resources schedule work and maintain clear project expectations from start to finish
  • 9Participate in an on-call rotation to provide rapid emergency response when needed

Requirements11

  • 1Proven experience in water damage restoration and the restoration industry
  • 2Strong leadership experience motivating and managing crews in fast paced environments
  • 3Knowledge of industry safety standards mold remediation water mitigation and asbestos abatement protocols
  • 4Ability to operate restoration equipment construction tools and company vehicles
  • 5Experience using Xactimate or similar estimating and project management software
  • 6Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • 7Construction demolition or rebuilding experience preferred
  • 8Physical stamina to lift equipment climb crawl and work in challenging environments
  • 9Flexible availability for emergency and after hours response situations
  • 10WRT Certification ASD Certification AMRT Certification
  • 11Additional IICRC certifications are a plus
