What You'll Do7
- 1Build and maintain a warm, safe learning environment for children 6 weeks through 12 years
- 2Design developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned to NAC standards and AZ Early Learning Standards
- 3Curate programs and activities based on children’s interests and learning styles
- 4Partner with families to create care and education plans
- 5Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about each child’s progress
- 6Supervise and ensure safety and supervision of all children in care
- 7Support professional development through collaboration with colleagues
Requirements7
- 1High School Diploma/GED
- 26+ months of experience in a licensed child care facility
- 3Must be at least 18 years of age
- 4Strong customer service skills
- 5Ability to multitask and stay organized
- 6Ability to work within regular operating hours
- 7Must meet state criteria for child care employment
