What You'll Do6
- 1Install generators and related equipment, including gas lines, in residential and light commercial settings without supervision.
- 2Assemble and install heating and air-conditioning units in homes, ensuring proper operation.
- 3Design and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping for optimal airflow and efficiency.
- 4Log all work performed accurately, maintaining detailed records of installations and services.
- 5Maintain superior service standards during customer interactions, protecting the Ace reputation.
- 6Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned, supporting team goals.
Requirements10
- 13+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- 2Experience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and air flow systems.
- 3EPA Universal Certification preferred.
- 4Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
- 5High standards for work quality, with excellence and integrity in all tasks.
- 6Growth mindset and willingness to improve daily.
- 7Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- 8Team player with a positive attitude and dependability.
- 9Physically able to lift 50 pounds and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders).
