Lead Generation Representative
Overview
You will own outbound calling to generate qualified leads and set in-home appointments for Window Nation, starting at $18.75/hour with monthly bonuses. You will work in a team-driven call center in Fulton, MD, alongside fellow reps and a supportive management team, using CRM systems and dialer software. This role offers paid training, promotion from within, and a step raise after 12 months, making it a launchpad for a sales career.
What You'll Do8
- 1Call potential customers over the phone with a professional, persuasive, and confident approach.
- 2Qualify inbound and outbound leads by asking targeted questions to assess interest and fit.
- 3Set in-home sales appointments for the sales team, meeting daily and weekly quotas.
- 4Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously, including CRM tools and web browsers, while speaking with customers.
- 5Log all call outcomes accurately in the CRM to maintain real-time data integrity.
- 6Adapt to new software and tools quickly, as the company updates systems to improve efficiency.
- 7Collaborate with team members during huddles to share winning strategies and boost overall performance.
- 8Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, appointment set rate, and conversion metrics.
Requirements10
- 11+ years in a customer-oriented role such as retail, food service, call center, or telemarketing.
- 2High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 3Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- 4Strong work ethic and reliability, with a track record of showing up on time.
- 5Drive to meet and exceed lead quotas in a team environment.
- 6Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic office setting.
