Overview
We seek a Lead Full Stack Developer in Boston to lead hybrid onsite offshore teams for eSales initiatives. This role involves technical leadership and cross‑global coordination. The ideal candidate will drive delivery and engage stakeholders.
What You'll Do11
- 1Serve as onsite technical lead for multiple eSales projects
- 2Act as primary point of contact between business partners product owners and offshore teams
- 3Conduct daily morning standups with offshore resources to review priorities progress and blockers
- 4Hold end‑of‑day coordination sessions to review deliverables status updates and next‑day objectives
- 5Provide technical leadership and hands‑on development across full application stack
- 6Review solution designs code quality and implementation approach to ensure best practices
- 7Translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable development tasks
- 8Monitor project progress manage risks and escalate issues when necessary
- 9Collaborate with architects QA teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- 10Support Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning backlog refinement and retrospectives
- 11Mentor developers and promote continuous improvement within the team
Requirements5
- 18+ years of software development experience with at least 2+ years in technical lead role
- 2Strong experience leading distributed onsite offshore development teams
- 3Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- 4Proven ability to coordinate development across multiple workstreams time zones
- 5Hands‑on full stack development experience
